Nicola Costantino began his career in hairdressing at just eleven years old. Decades later, alongside his wife and business partner, Titty Buttiglione, he founded I Love Blonde®, Italy’s first salon dedicated entirely to the art of blonde. That salon became the foundation of the Italian Blonde Touch Method®, a professional training program for colorists who expect more from their technique.

The Career

35+ Years Professional hairdressing and color expertise. Nicola’s career began at eleven years old, learning the craft alongside different hairdressers, each with their own techniques, styles, and approach to the profession. Those early years exposed him to many sides of hairdressing, but over time one area captured his attention more than any other: color. He became increasingly fascinated by how technique, precision, and an understanding of the hair could completely transform a result. That focus would eventually shape the direction of his entire career.
