1. About Us

This website and the Magic Touch® online store are operated by Magic Touch USA LLC, 18 Bridge Street, Unit 2A, Brooklyn, NY 11201-1107, United States ("Magic Touch", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms. Magic Touch® and Italian Blonde Touch Method® are registered trademarks.

2. What You Are Purchasing

Your purchase includes:

• The Italian Blonde Touch Method® Video Course: a professional video training program for hair colorists (6 video lessons), delivered online through our course portal.
• The Magic Touch® kit (complimentary gift): the patent-pending professional tool kit, shipped to the address you provide at checkout. The kit is not sold separately; it is included only as a gift with the Video Course.

3. Pricing and Taxes

The current launch price of the Video Course is $997, with the Magic Touch® kit included. After the launch period the price will be $1,297. All prices are in US Dollars. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping within the United States is free.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify. We do not see or store your full card details. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge of the total shown at checkout.

5. Course Access

After your payment is confirmed you receive an email with access to the course portal. Access is lifetime, for as long as we offer the course online; if we ever move the course to a different platform, we will move your access with it.

Your access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login, record, download, copy, distribute or resell any course content. Lesson videos carry a personal watermark, and we may suspend access if we detect sharing.

6. Shipping — Magic Touch® Kit

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Your kit ships within 72 hours of your order (excluding weekends and holidays), and you receive a tracking email when it leaves. Delivery times after shipping depend on the carrier.

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If your kit arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

7. Refunds — All Sales Are Final

Because the Video Course gives immediate access to digital content and the Magic Touch® kit is a professional tool shipped as a gift, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns, except where required by applicable law or as described in Section 6 for damaged or lost kits.

8. Professional Use

The course and kit are intended for trained hair professionals. Always follow product manufacturers' instructions, perform the safety tests required by your licensing rules, and use your professional judgment with every client. Results vary by hair type, condition and technique.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in the course — including text, images, videos, course materials, the Magic Touch® brand, the Italian Blonde Touch Method® name and all related trademarks — belongs to Magic Touch USA LLC or its licensors. The Magic Touch® tool is covered by U.S. Patent Pending, Application No. 64/098,184. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Magic Touch USA LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, the course or the kit. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, unless the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. The Terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.
